This project was a 3230 sq foot new build project that included the following scope of works:

- Sandstone facade to front elevation

- Sandstone sills

- Wood grain effect fascia to match golden oak grain windows

- Underfloor heating

- 18kw geothermal heat pump

- Biotherm wastewater treatment system
