History

Sheridan Construction Ltd is a kilkenny based company founded in 2003 by the Sheridan Brothers, Alan & Ivan Sheridan. Together, combined with over 16 years building experience and qualifications in carpentry they set out to provide clients with a bespoke building service in new-builds, extensions, restorations, and conservations.

Today the company is operated by Alan Sheridan and has completed a vast array of projects, which offers it's prospective clients a wealth of experience in project development & construction. This has allowed the company to go from strength to strength in building a strong reputation built on a solid vision and values; Uncompromising ethics, Excellence, Mutual Respect, Safety & Sustainability.

Major clients have included, the OPW (Office of public works) at Kilkenny Castle, Axa Insurance, and Kilkenny County Council to name but a few.

Working process

Meet the Customer

We meet with prospective clients and discuss their project requirements & specifications.

Project Planning

We calculate the entire cost of materials and labour of the project. We offer free no obligation quote.

Confirm Agreement

We compile a draft project proposal contract and refine until 100% customer satisfaction is achieved. Contracts are then signed.

Project Development

Project development begins on agreed start date, and proceeds based on pre-planned contract stages.
