This project was a renovation project that included the following scope of works:

- Removal of internal walls to increase kitchen size

- Created a new entry from kitchen to utility room

- Fitted new rear door.

- Widened window openings to increase lighting to kitchen.

- Full kitchen fitout.

- New flooring supplied and fitted.

- Painted and decorated finish.
