This project was a restoration project that included the following scope of works:

- Setup scaffolding on pathway 

- Re-direct pedestrians

- Remove existing slates with a salvage rate of 60% for re-use.

- Cleaning and treating of all timber work.

- Install insulation in roof space.

- Lath and felt

- Re-fitted salvaged slates to match existing slates

- Fitted reclaimed clay ridge tile on lime mortar.
