This project was a new build project that included the following scope of works:

- Clearance of entire site with all excess material taken off site.

- Relocation of trees on site

- Installation of post and rail fencing with mesh wire

- Laying of surface water piping throughout site

- Removal of stone wall along roadway.

- Excavation and forming of a split level area

Walking track to include:

- Excavation for proposed two meter wide walking track

- Installation of new drainage system 

- Install manholes 

- Lay terram geotextile under walkway

- Lay ci804 stone and a lime dust finish on walkway
